Our Parenting Groups are designed for parents who would like a better understanding of responsive and effective parenting techniques.
The Solihull Approach serves as the foundation for this program. For more information on about The Solihull Approach, please click HERE
About the groups
Each Solihull Approach Parenting Group consists of 10 sessions, and lasts for two hours.
Each week we’ll cover a different topic and there will be discussion, activities and hopefully some fun as we develop our understanding of parent-infant relationships and gain new ways of thinking, strategies, and skills.
The groups are open to all families living in Bolton with children under the age of 3 years, who would like to have a better understanding of responsive and effective parenting techniques. You do not need to be experiencing difficulties or your child experiencing behavioural problems to attend. The goal of the groups is to establish a framework for understanding parent-child relationships, that can be made into a lifelong skill we can use both now and in the future!
