Families Together

Families Together are part of a wider a charity organisation that
provides support to families throughout the North West of England.
We have been established since 2015 and our mission is to
empower families through non-judgmental, emotional, and practical
peer support.
We believe that all families deserve to feel supported and
connected, regardless of their circumstances. We offer a variety of
services to families, including:
Antenatal bonding support – We offer support to pregnant women/people and their partners to help them to bond with their babies during pregnancy.
Parent-infant relationship building – We help parents to learn ways they can create close and loving relationships with their children, and the benefits of this.
Effective parenting strategies – We offer emotional containment to parents, which enables them to have the capacity to develop and use more effective parenting strategies.
Responsive feeding – We offer support to parents to help them learn about responsive feeding, and why it is important.
Evidence-based parenting information – We provide families with only up-to-date, evidence-based parenting information, having The UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative, Building a Happy Baby and The Solihull Approach to Parenting, embedded within our practice.
Our services are delivered by a team of experienced and qualified
staff and volunteers, who all have their own lived experience of the
challenges parents can face.
We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment
for families, and we believe that everyone deserves to have a
happy and healthy family life.
Why we do what we do
We believe that strong families are the foundation of a strong
society. When families are supported, children thrive. We are
committed to helping families by providing them with the resources
and support they need to succeed.
How we can help you
We believe that every family is different and that there is no one-
size-fits-all approach to parenting. We offer a variety of services to
meet the needs of all families.
